Strip and re-sheeting a roof is becoming more common for clients who want to remove Asbestos cement from their buildings, improving the aesthetic looks both inside and out. Natural daylight is also increased due to the new grp translucent rooflights combined with new fibreglass insulation to give a greater thermal performance.

Building 62, Pensnett

Over cladding the existing structure of the building can give existing tenants many benefits such as minimal disruption to the Companies daily running’s, encapsulating old asbestos cement cladding and increasing the thermal performance of the building.

Through trained competent operatives we can safely remove asbestos cement roof and wall sheets and can arrange disposal to designated waste landfill sites.

Unifold is a very high quality gutter lining system which uses a unique hinge method allowing the gutter liner to fold along its length and this, in turn, enables the lining to enter and unfold within what would normally be considered inaccessible gutter cavities ensuring a close fit with the existing gutter and maximising gutter capacity. Unifold has on many occasions, dependant on circumstances, actually increased the existing gutter capacity.

We can supply, deliver and fix new purpose made gutter liners manufactured from 1.6mm thick galvanized steel plate complete with all necessary stop ends, outlets and rainwater pipes.

DELCOTE HPG is an elastomeric membrane, with vapour breathable properties suitable for application as a protective weatherproofing coating to completely coat the gutter surface. It has excellent elastic and flexible properties to withstand normal surface movements and is unaffected by UV or extremes of weather and temperature.

We can repair and spray a variety of dented/damaged composite panels using our team of contractors who have a wealth of experience in our industry restoring and repairing all types of pre-finished steel cladding.
